The Lavaca County Central Appraisal District is open to the public, Monday thru Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (we are open through the lunch hour) 

 

Due to COVID there will be a limit of 4 people allowed in the building at one time to ensure the safety of our staff and customers.

 

You must wear a face mask to enter the office and hand sanitizer will be available

 

You are welcome to call 361-798-4396 between normal business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday, should you have any questions. 

 

The district will still have the availability of a drop box, email or fax for any paper work you may wish to get to the District. Also, you may still use lavacacad.com to retrieve any forms you may need.

Lavaca County Central Appraisal District is responsible for appraising all real and business personal property within Lavaca County. The district appraises property according to the Texas Property Tax Code and the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practices (USPAP).

Lavaca County Central Appraisal District is responsible for the fair market appraisal of properties within each of the following taxing entities:
